Easy Chocolate Cake

This is a super easy chocolate cake recipe which works well as a cake or cupcakes.

It also doesn't use any eggs or butter.

11/2 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup water

½ cup oil

2 tblsp vinegar

2 tsp vanilla

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix wet and dry ingredients togther. Pour into greased cake tin or cupcake tins. Bake at 180C for approx 30 minutes (shorter if making cupcakes).

Cool then ice as desired.
