Measure the oil, brown sugar and milk into a large bowl. Break in the eggs and stir to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just combined. Grease a 20cm ring tin, then pour in the cake mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180C or until cooked. Or else microwave on high for 8-10 mins. Leave to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then turn out onto a rack and cool completely before icing.
