This is a Chinese recipe.
1 large chicken breast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tblsp cold water
1 can creamed corn
6 cups chicken stock
2 tblsp corn flour
11/2 tsp sesame oil
Cut chicken very small. Mix the chicken with the salt and cold water. Add the creamed corn to the chicken mixture and blend thoroughly. Bring the chicken stock to the boil. Add chicken and corn mixture, mix well and return to the boil.
Mix corn flour with a little cold water and add to the soup, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
Stir in sesame oil.
