100g butter 1 cup flour 2 tsps. baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 1 tblsp cocoa 2 tblsp milk
Topping 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsps. coffee 1 tblsp cocoa 11/2 cups water
Melt butter. Add sugar and stir. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cocoa and milk. Mix well. Put in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle sugar, cocoa and coffee over top. Pour over water. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes or microwave on high for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with milk, custard of plain ice cream.
