Don't Try to Hide Your Sin

A Bible lesson and object lesson for children about confessing and forsaking sin based on Proverbs 28:13. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Fun Object Lesson for Kids on the Bible

While Joseph was spending the day at a friend's house, the girls and I had fun making this object lesson video. In this video I share how important it is not just to have a Bible, but to use your Bible. We show 6 different things that show the importance of using the Bible.

An Object Lesson About Words

A fun object lesson for kids about the words we say. Once they're out of our mouths, we can't put them back in. We need to think before we speak! James 1:19 Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.

The Bible is Like 7 M's...

I made this video for my own children to help them realize how important the Bible is. And maybe also to remind myself. It's so easy to forget! (About the 'groovy' word that pops up, I cannot take that off. The words are only there when it is downloaded from the editor! Very annoying for a perfectionist!)

Do you have any tips on helping your children establish the daily habit of a quiet time with God? If you do, I would love to hear them!

Learning the Proverbs...

We made these two little videos to help us remember and apply these Proverbs.
Proverbs 15:15

4 Ways God Answers Prayer--Object Lesson for Children

My children and I had fun making this video this morning. It is about the four ways God can answer us when we pray. I really don't like videoing myself, but it is a doable way I can teach my own kids and others. Even as an adult, I still learn best through object lessons and stories! I hope that it is a blessing.

Marshmallows, Chocolate Fish and Chocolate--Object Lesson

What can you learn from marshmallows, chocolate fish and chocolate? Lots! Listen to find out. This is a fun and important object lesson for young and old. I hope it is simple enough and understandable for children.
