125g butter
1 egg
1 tblsp coffee dissolved in hot water
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, coffee, and baking soda dissolved in milk. Lastly add flour and baking powder. Bake in greased ring or square deep tin.
Cook half an hour in moderate oven.
Ice with coffee or chocolate icing.
