Easy Baking

Being pregnant for 9 months and now having a new baby aswell as having 2 other little ones, I've found it difficult to do baking for a long time!

But the other day, someone gave me a 'Brownie in a Jar' gift. (I like making 'Cookies in a Jar' gifts, but had never tried using one myself.) It was so easy and quick! All I had to do was melt butter, add eggs, then pour in the jar mix.

Since it was so easy and since I have a lot of jars, I decided to make up my own cookie mix jars to use when I don't have much time--which is most of the time!:)

I made up 6 jars of dry ingredients. So hopefully the next 6 times I do baking, it will be nice and easy!!
